My personal legend
A journey around the world.
An inner revolution.
After ESCP, I won a journey around the world. Somewhere in Asia, during meditation, an intuition crossed my mind: we all have a gift to offer the world, a path through which to embody and express our true power.
For me, against almost everyone’s advice, that path would be poetry — not as ornament, but as a way of being in the world and carrying a universal message of optimism towards the future. For the first time, I gave myself permission to be fully myself.
Back at Microsoft, I brought this poetic dimension into my management: allowing everyone to be themselves in their genius zone, then creating a collective adventure compelling enough to unite those talents. We outperformed. I saw sparks in their eyes — and tears of joy in mine.
